Key performance indicators
Key performance indicators (KPIs) display in charts and monitor the current activities of the system.
Like SAIs, KPIs provide an overview of the system's operational health but they do not send notifications or alerts. Nor do they create log message entries.
The following KPIs are the recommended minimum:
- Transaction message rate
- Monitors the number of processed transactions, potentially split up by sub-mandator and/or message type ID. Do not use intervals of more than 30 seconds.
- MCI latencies
- Monitors the average and maximum MCI latencies as well as for MCI latency violations. Do not use intervals of more than 30 seconds.
- Fast link message rate
- Monitors the fast link message rate of all instances.
- Number of cases in status new
- Monitors the number of new cases within the system.
- Notifications generated
- Monitors the number of generated notifications.
