Connections

A Connection is responsible for authenticating your third-party application's accounts through OAuth authentication.

Starting from version 21.0.5: IBM RPA now uses a connection scheme to authenticate email and storage providers accounts. Allowing IBM RPA to safely connect to different accounts. If you are using a prior version of IBM RPA Studio, refer to Legacy connections with storage providers.

Some services, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft One Drive, Outlook, and Dropbox, require OAuth authentication to function properly. To use these services in your bots, see the following topics:
