Processes

The process page lists all the processes in the current environment.

Creating a new process

  1. Click the New Process button.
  2. See Configuring an orchestration process for more details.

Editing process details

  1. On the desired process, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮ > Details.
  2. Follow the instructions in Configuring an orchestration process to edit the process.

Deleting a process

  1. On the desired process, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮ > Delete.
  2. In the modal that shows, click on the Delete button.
Note: When you delete a process that was linked to a dashboard, the dashboard loses its data source reference and shows an error message.

To continue using the dashboard, you must map the previous data source reference to a new process. The new process must have the same set up as the existing dashboard to render the dashboard functional again. Otherwise, you need to edit the column names of the new process to match the dashboard.

Managing process instances

  1. On the desired process, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮ > Instances.
  2. Select the instances you want to manage from the table.
  3. Click one of the following control buttons:
    • Click Resume to resume a paused instance.
    • Click Pause to pause a running instance in the next step.
    • Click Cancel to stop a running instance.
    • Click Retry to retry the last step of an instance.
    • Click Restart to restart an instance from its first step.
