Troubleshooting Java™ application recording

• The recorder highlights in green instead of red
  The recorder sees the Java™ as a Windows application. This is a problem with versions before 1.8 of the Java Runtime Environment™ and IBM RPA versions before 20.12.5.

• The recorder highlights in red but does not map the control
  The recorder recognizes Java™, but does not recognize individual controls. This is a problem with versions before 1.8 of the Java Runtime Environment™ and IBM RPA versions before 20.12.5.

• The recorder can't locate control elements
  When you try to map Java elements, the recorder can't locate the control elements.
