Troubleshooting features available in the IBM RPA Control Center

• Script 'scriptname' does not exist error when you try to run a script you published
  You published the script, but you get the error message Script 'scriptname' does not exist when you try to run the script by launching, API call, or using the Execute Script (executeScript) command.

• Timeout error when running bots
  Your script fails with the error System.TimeoutException: Timeout waiting for runtime to be completed. This error occurs because the execution has timed out.

• Error when reactivating a tenant
  If you try to reactivate a tenant, you get an error saying that an error occurred. This error happens because of an issue with the integration between the UI and the API. This is a known issue fixed in versions 21.0.2 and lower. This was fixed in version 21.0.3.

• IBM RPA releases active lock before the timeout
  You get errors when running scripts that access critical regions because the IBM RPA releases active locks before the timeout that you set.

• Bots may fail due to unsupported parameters
  A bot might not run a specific script due to parameters limitations.

• Logging in with Single Sign-On redirects to the wrong URL
  After an attempt to log in with SSO, the browser redirects to an invalid URL.

• The Is Functional column has a red marker
  On the Launchers page, the Is Functional column has a red marker indicating a problem with the Team assigned to the launcher.
