Importing a dashboard

You can import IBM Robotic Process Automation dashboards from other tenants.

Starting from version 23.0.14, the option to import dashboards is no longer limited to the primary tenant.

Before you begin

User must have the Import and export dashboard permission. See Checking user permissions for instructions on how to check your user's permissions.

Procedure

  1. On the Dashboard page, select the dashboard that you want to export.
  2. Click the Edit in Designer button.
  3. Click the hamburger menu button.
  4. Click Import Dashboard.
  5. Select the XML file.
Important:
  • If the dashboard contains Process, Workflow or Workflow batch data from another tenant, the dashboard can't be imported.
  • Unencrypted dashboard files (from versions before 23.0.14) can't be imported.
  • By default, only Platform Administrators can import dashboards from other IBM RPA servers.
