IVR commands
Use the IVR commands to answer, ask, and end calls, play and record audios, and send DTMF digits in an IVR communication.
Starting from IBM RPA 23.0.3, all commands from this category are removed from the product due to the removal of Interactive Voice Response (IVR). For more information, see Removed.

Answer Call
Answers a telephone call for an IVR communication. -
Ask Grammar
Asks and acknowledges an intention in the user's sentence based on a grammar file. -
End Call
Ends a telephone call between IVR bot and user in an IVR communication. -
Play Audio File
Plays an audio file during the IVR communication. -
Record Audio
Starts audio recording during the IVR communication. -
Send DTMF
Sends a signal through the DTMF interface during the telephone call in an IVR communication.
