Communication commands are used in chatbot scopes, or to send SMS messages.

  Use the actions commands to establish connection with chatbot.

  Use the ask commands to send and receive messages on a chatbot.

  Use the chat commands to run specific actions for chatbots like adding cards and buttons to messages, sending and receiving files, or redirecting the web chat to another page.

• General
  Use the general commands to run general actions for chatbots like sending messages to web chat, putting and removing on hold status on a chatbot, creating and setting the chatbot language, handling concurrent conversations with users with Google Dialogflow 🡥, and transcribing audio files to text.
