Synchronization commands

Use these commands to block and unblock resources.

• Block Resource
  Blocks the access to a resource.

• Block Semaphore
  Blocks the access to a resource in which a number of locks to run simultaneously can be specified.

• Unlock Feature
  Unlocks the access to locked resources.
