Scheduled bots are not running
Before you begin
Scheduled bots not running can happen when the server cannot find the computer on the network, either because the hostname has been changed or the hostname was saved incorrectly.
If the server uses MSMQ as the system queue provider, the hostname must be a maximum of 15 characters long. Longer hostnames can also cause this issue.

Procedure
- Open the Windows command prompt.
- Type
hostname
. Make sure to copy the hostname. - Log in to the IBM RPA Control Center.
- Navigate to Computers and search for the hostname of the computer.
- If you cannot find the computer, create a new computer and use the hostname as the new computer's name.
- After finding your computer in the computer list, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮ and click Download certificate.
- Run the downloaded certificate file.
- Reschedule your bots.
