Upcoming bot runs

This document details the Upcoming bot runs interface in the IBM RPA Control Center. On the Upcoming bot runs page, you can edit, enable and disable, and view upcoming bot runs.

You can filter the bot runs according to the following components:

  • Schedule by me
    The schedule was scheduled by the current user.

  • Data range
    The interval upcoming schedules will run. The possible options for ranges are:

    • Today.
    • Next 3 days.
    • Next 7 days.
    • Next 30 days.
    • Custom.
Important:The maximum date range is 90 days. A date range greater than 90 days won't be available.

  • Schedule
    The schedule in which the run is a part of.

  • Bot name
    The name of the bot the schedule will run.

  • Computer group
    The group of the computer the schedule will run on.

Editing schedule

  1. On the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Click the project that has the bot you want.
  3. Click on the Upcoming bot runs tab.
  4. Find the schedule that you want, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮, and click Edit schedule.

You can edit all fields presented on Scheduling a bot.

Disabling schedule

  1. On the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Click the project that has the bot you want.
  3. Click on the Upcoming bot runs tab.
  4. Find the schedule that you want, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮, and click Disable schedule.
  5. Carefully read the option box that pops up, and click Disable.
Attention:Disabling a schedule disable all upcoming bot runs.

A pop will appear to notify if the schedule was disabled successfully. An Enable a schedule button becomes available, in case you want to visit the respective bot set in this schedule.

Clicking on the desired schedule will lead you to the respective bot details page, where you also can edit, view bot runs, enable or disable each schedule, and delete them.

View bot runs

Your user must have the View bots permission to view bots scheduled to run.

  1. On the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Click the project that has the bot you want.
  3. Find the bot that you want, click the vertical ellipsis button ⋮, and click View bot runs.
