Performance considerations

You can use some components to enhance storage performance. The number of logs can increase because of the new expected data. Due to this you have options to enhance performance.

The following list shows these options:

• Configure the communication with Redis
  Using it to populate both log files and database provides a considerable enhancement to storage performance. If you are using the IBM RPA on premises, configure the communication with Redis. For more information, see Redis.

• Disable log read requests
  The option to log read requests helps decrease the amount of data that is saved. In this case, only editing, creation, and deletion are saved. See Log read requests for instructions on how to enable or disable the log read requests option.
