How do I see my user's role and permissions?
To check your user's role and permissions:
- Log in to IBM RPA Control Center.
- In the administer menu, click the Access > Users tab.
- In the list of users, click the user name.
- In the Roles tab, you can check which roles the user is assigned to. Click each role to view its specific permissions.
- In the Team tab, you can check which teams the user is assigned to. Click each team to view its specific roles.
How do I monitor my license usage?
To monitor the license usage of each offering of IBM Robotic Process Automation, refer to the Monitoring license usage topic.
When I try to access the IBM RPA Studio, I get a message saying I don't have access to that application. What do I need to do?
When a new tenant is created, the first user is created with the Tenant Administrator role, who does not have permission to log in to IBM RPA Studio. Use the following procedure to give users the permission to access IBM RPA Studio.
- Log in to the IBM RPA Control Center and click the Access tab.
- From the Users list, select the user.
- Click Manage roles.
- Add the Bot developer role to the user, and save the changes.
