Procedure
This procedure uses the Snipping Tool to teach you how to create an image asset. The Screen Capture Tool also follows similar steps to create it.
- Start the IBM RPA Studio's recorder.
- In the recorder bar, click Snipping Tool icon.
- Drag the cursor around an element to form a rectangle.
- Right-click the selected area and select Create Asset.
The asset is imported into IBM RPA Studio and displayed in the Assets pane, which lists all assets that you add to your script.
You can also create an image asset by directly selecting other actions like click at the image's center. It opens the command that refers to the action with the new image asset bound to it.
