First login considerations

Your first login experience might require additional steps before you log in to IBM RPA Control Center:

Manually added users

Manually added users receive an email message to confirm their accounts and set their passwords before they can log in. This step is required.

Bulk-added users

Users that tenant administrators added through the bulk user creation procedure get prompted to set a new password for their accounts during their first login experience. This step is required.

During bulk user creation, tenant administrators can set the email address of these users to any string, for example, johndoe02. If this event happens, these users must use their non-valid email addresses as their username.
