Supported languages for digital assistants

The supported languages for digital assistants might vary according to the type of bot you develop. Learn about the supported languages for chatbot and IVR on IBM Robotic Process Automation.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) uses cognitive services for speech recognition and synthesis. IBM RPA supports different languages for each of these cognitive services. For supported languages, see Supported IVR languages.

Chatbot receives text messages in any language from a communication channel and run an action according to the script's logic. For more information, see Supported chatbot languages.

Important:

You can extract entities from voice messages or text when you develop an IVR or a chatbot. Despite digital assistants supporting different languages, commands that extract entities from sentences currently only support the following languages:
