Integration with external apps

Integrations are the connection between software systems where they exchange data to achieve their goals. You can connect IBM Robotic Process Automation with different services and systems, and you can use their features during automation.

❕ Important: If you want to automate Microsoft® email accounts by creating connections to Microsoft Exchange IMAP or Microsoft Legacy Exchange applications, your IBM RPA server needs to be on version 21.0.7 or up.

• Applications
  Learn how to create applications on IBM RPA. Applications can be storage providers like Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft™ OneDrive, and email providers like Microsoft™ Exchange and Google Gmail.
