IBM® Rational Software Architect Designer includes additional optional software that can support and enhance your work.

Installing Rational Software Architect Designer Design Management
For both administrators and non-administrators, the Setup disk is used to install IBM Rational Software Architect Designer Design Management. This extension adds a Team Modeling view, a Comments view, and provides additional fields to search a model repository on the Design Management Server. You can install the Rational Software Architect Designer Design Management on multiple computers that have Rational Software Architect Designer (version 8.0.4.1 and later, or version 8.5 and later) installed.

You can install IBM WebSphere® Application Server, version 8.5 using the Setup disk for both administrator and non-administrator users.

The build utility is an optional, stand-alone utility and is separately installed.
