Finding assets by using visual browse
You can find assets, asset information by visually searching through the various relationships between assets in the repository.

Results
After you find an asset in the
viewer that interests you, you can view additional information about
this asset. Click on the menu icon in the right hand corner of the
asset to open the menu, which has the following options:
- Close

- Removes that asset from the view
- View Asset Details

- Opens the asset in a new web browser window
- Show Owners

- Adds the picture of the owners of the asset to the view and shows which assets in the view those people own. Click Add Owner Filter to add the owner as an additional search filter.
- Show Related Assets

- Adds all related assets to the view. You can select to add one to three layers of related assets.
- Add Related Asset Filter

- Adds a filter Related to <Asset Name> and updates the search results.
You can save the results of your visual browsing
and share your diagrams with others:
- Click Copy Diagram
to save the diagram to your computer's clipboard to paste
into another program. - Click Save Diagram As
to save the diagram to your hard drive as an image file. - Click Add to Favorites
to save the diagram in the My Favorites view. You
will also be given a URL that you can send to others so they can see
your diagram. - Click My Favorites
to view and restore any diagrams that you previously saved.
To remove all assets from the viewer, click Clear
Diagram
.
To group assets on the
viewer by asset type, click Group Assets by Type
.
To turn animations in the viewer on or off,
click Toggle Animation
.
