Enabling debug mode
Debug mode allows for collection of information into a log file that can be used to resolve problems.
Debug mode can be started when preforming postprocessing on requests resulting from a scan. Collecting processing information is helpful if the postprocessing has not completed successfully, or completed with errors. The information collected in the log file can assist with determining and correcting problems.
The setting to enable debug mode is available on the “Process queued request” page of the postprocessing wizard. Refer to Related tasks for more information.
Debug mode requires that log level be set to INFO level or higher. Refer to Related concepts for more information.
