A dashboard template is a dashboard that an administrator shares with all users. Browse
the catalog of available templates that your administrator added for you, and then select which
dashboard templates that you want to install.
Before you begin
An administrator must install and synchronize the content extensions that contain QRadar® Pulse dashboard templates.
Procedure

In QRadar Pulse, go to the dashboard
list, which is on the upper left of the Pulse tab, and click .
Tip: In the dashboard list, templates with available updates have an Update
available tag. Click the tag to open the Browse Templates page and
update according to these steps.

On the Browse Templates page, click Install for
each new dashboard template that you want to install. For example, in the following screen, the QRadar DNS Analyzer app dashboard
template is ready to install as a dashboard.

On the Browse Templates page, click Update for each
dashboard template that you want to update. If you changed the existing templates, you can choose to
keep the existing templates instead.

Follow the instructions in the wizard to finish the update process.
Any conflicts with parameters or widgets are displayed for you to deal with. Then, click .
Different conflicts can occur. If the dashboard properties (name, description, or
widget layout) are changed, you can select Keep both to install the updated
dashboard with a number suffix (for example, Offense Details (1)). If the
dashboard properties are unchanged but its widgets are changed, Keep both
installs only the updated widgets with a number suffix. In this case, the dashboard still references
the original widgets and must be edited to reference the new widgets.
Select
Replace to overwrite with the updated dashboard and widgets.

After you resolve conflicts, click Back to Dashboard, and then go to the
dashboard list to select a new or updated dashboard, like the following example:
