Updating DSMs manually

IBM provides DSM updates regularly. By default, updates are automatically downloaded and installed on your system. However, you can manually install DSM updates at any time.

1. Click Admin.
2. On the navigation menu, click System Configuration.
3. Click the Auto Update icon.
4. On the navigation menu, click Check for Updates.

   The system retrieves the new updates from Fix Central (www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/). This process might take an extended period. When complete, new updates are listed on the Updates window.

5. On the toolbar, click Install > DSM, Scanner, Protocol Updates.
6. Click OK.
