Assets

IBM QRadar automatically creates asset profiles by using passive flow data and vulnerability data to discover your network servers and hosts.

Asset profiles provide information about each known asset in your network, including the services that are running. Asset profile information is used for correlation purposes, which helps to reduce false positives.

Use the Assets tab to do the following tasks:

• Search for assets.
• View all the learned assets.
• View identity information for learned assets.
• Tune false positive vulnerabilities.
