Assigning the Risk Manager user role
Assign the Risk Manager user role and a security profile to users that require access to the Risks tab.
Before you begin
Before you allow users in your organization to have access to IBM QRadar Risk Manager functions, you must assign the appropriate user role permissions. By default, QRadar Console provides a default administrative role, which provides access to all areas of QRadar Risk Manager.
Important: You need the Risk Manager role to access QRadar Risk Manager, but you
also need the System Administrator role to use all the QRadar Risk Manager
functions.
For more information about creating and managing user roles, see the IBM QRadar Administration Guide.
