Viewing data gateway status

Use the QRadar® on Cloud Self Serve app to view the status of your data gateways.

Procedure

  1. Click the cloud icon to view the status of the data gateways that are connected to your QRadar on Cloud deployment.
  2. To display details for a data gateway, click the UP or DOWN headings, and then click the data gateway.
  3. In the Deployment Hosts window, in the Host Status column, click the UNKNOWN status icon (?) for your data gateway.
