System health
The System Health check examines your QRadar® system for events that are related to the health of your QRadar system.
System Health checks your QRadar system for events with
the following low-level categories:
- Performance Degradation (8087)
- System Failure (8005)
- System Error (8007)
System Health also checks for the following events:
- 38750051 - Maximum total offenses reached
- 38750055 - Out of memory error and erroneous application restarted
- 38750056 - Long transactions for a managed process
- 38750057 - Protocol source configuration incorrect
- 38750073 - Threshold crossed
- 38750076 - Disk usage exceeded warning threshold
- 38750083 - Infrastructure component is corrupted or did not start
- 38750004 - Application ran out of memory
- 38750038 - Disk Sentry: Disk Usage Exceeded Max Threshold
- 38750092 - Disk Sentry has detected that one or more storage partitions are not accessible
- 38750110 - Disk Failure: Hardware Monitoring has determined that a disk is in failed state
- 38750111 - Predictive Disk Failure: Hardware Monitoring has determined that a disk is in predictive failed state
To pass the System Health check, your QRadar system should not have more than 4 of these events within the last 24 hours. If you have more than 4 of these events, your QRadar system is experiencing performance and resource problems.
