QRadar® Network Packet Capture 7.4.0 introduces changes to the Support Login capability.
Changes to the Support Login capability
By turning on the Support Login capability, you allow specific users to use SSH to connect to the QRadar Network Packet Capture appliance with root-level access. The capability requires a public and private SSH key pair, and the capability is automatically disabled when the key expires after a specified period of time. This level of access is useful for advanced troubleshooting and debugging activities.
