IBM®
QRadar® Investigation Assistant supports multi-tenancy
starting at version 1.1.0 through an instance of the app per properly configured QRadar tenant.
Note: QRadar Investigation Assistant does not support
multiple tenants per app instance.
To learn more about managing multi-tenanted apps, see Managing multitenant apps. Each tenant must have a user with QRadar Investigation Assistant permissions to configure their
app instance with the respective configuration details, same as in a single instance for a single
tenant. Alternatively, the global admin can use IBM
QRadar Hub to configure each instance individually,
provided they have the watsonx.ai™ credentials. After the
QRadar Investigation Assistant instance is configured, the
experience is the same as that of a single instance configuration.
