Versions 3.8.0
IBM QRadar Hub 3.8.0 is not Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) compliant. Update the IBM QRadar Hub app to version 3.8.1 to fix this issue.
Versions 2.3.0 and 2.4.0
When an authorized token is expired or is unconfigured, the IBM QRadar Hub icon might not be visible and instead the text "IBM QRadar Hub" might appear on the QRadar console. To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Use the QRadar GUI Application Framework API
/gui_app_framework/applicationsto stop and restart the IBM QRadar Hub app. For more information, see GUI Application Framework REST API endpoints (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/SS42VS_SHR/com.ibm.appfw.doc/c_appframework_RESTAPI.html). - Refresh the QRadar user interface.
- Create an authorized token by adding a new authorized service in the Add Authorized Service window. For more information, see Adding an authorized service (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/SS42VS_latest/com.ibm.qradar.doc/t_qradar_adm_add_auth_serv.html).
- Click the IBM QRadar Hub icon to open the app, and save the Admin token into the token field.

After each upgrade of the IBM QRadar Hub, clear your browser cache to see the new icon and application content.
