Filtering scheduled tasks

Use the Advance Filters feature to list particular tasks in the Task List window. You can filter the tasks by using a combination of filters.

About this task

From the list of filters that are available in the Advance Filters area, select the required filter. You can set a maximum of four filters.

Task Name
To filter tasks by their names, select Task Name. You can type the name of the task or other regular expressions that match the name that you want to filter.
Date Range
To filter tasks of a particular time interval, select Date Range and then select whether you want to filter the tasks based on when they were last run or when they will be run next. Specify the date range. For example, if you select Next Run and then specify a date range, the tasks that will run during the specified time interval will be filtered and displayed. If you select Last Finish and then specify a date range, the tasks, whose most recent run completed during the specified time interval, will be filtered and displayed.
State
To filter tasks by their unscheduled and scheduled state, select State.
Last Status
To filter the tasks by their completion status, select Last Status and the status that you want to see. For example, if you select Last Status and Successful, the tasks, whose most recent run was successful, are displayed.

The Run History column displays the details of the last few runs of the task. To see the details of the run, such as the last run time, the status of the task, and so on, hover the mouse over the icon in the column. The right most icon indicates the oldest run and the leftmost icon indicates the latest run.
