You can specify the page setup options that will be used
when you print a forecast opened in the editor window.
About this task
To control the appearance of printed pages for a forecast:
Procedure
- With an active object in the editor window, open the Page
Setup window by selecting .
- Select the printer that you want to use from the Printer list.
- For detailed settings click Properties.
The Page Setup window opens.
- Select the size of the printable area from the Size list.
- Select the paper tray to use from the Source list.
- Select the orientation of the printout from the Orientation area.
- Specify the size of the margins of the page in the Margins fields.
- Click OK to close Page
Setup window.
- In the Page area, specify the forecast
objects that you want to print by selecting or clearing the Chart and Table check
boxes.
- In the same area, select one of the available page options:
- Print on separate pages to print
the forecast objects, the chart and the table, on separate pages.
- Print on the same page to print
both forecast objects on one page.
- In the Scale Options area, select
one from the available printing options:
- Fit to printable area to fit
the forecast size to the printable area.
- Scale print to % to specify the
required forecast size in percent.
- To make the specified values default, click Set
as Default.
- Click OK to close Page
Setup window.
The options that you specified
are used to control the appearance of the printed object.
