You can add a scheduled task by copying an existing one
and modifying it.
About this task
To copy a scheduled task:
Procedure

Select . The Task List window opens.

In the Scheduled Tasks view, fromFrom the Tasks list, select the task you want to
copy and click CopyCopy
Task. The Task window opens.
Note: You can select only one task from the Tasks list to copy.
- In the Task name field, type a name
for the copied task

From the Repository list, select the repository that you want the task
to access.

Click Select Repository Connection and use the Select
Repository Connection dialog to select the repository connection that you want the task
to access.

Click Set User Information to specify the login name and password for
the repository and password for the repository storage in the Set User Information for Repository
window.
- In the Actions list, you can edit
the actions you want to copy with the task, add, or remove them.

Click OK. The scheduled task will be copied and added to the
Tasks list in the Task List
window on the Scheduled Tasks view.
Note: The time settings of scheduled tasks execution are not copied.
