Editing documents in Cloudant databases

You can edit documents that a Cloudant database contains.

1. In the Repository Explorer view, expand the Cloudant Data Sources node.
2. Navigate to and expand the Cloudant data source that contains the document that you want to edit.
3. To open the All Cloudant Documents editor and display all documents that the database contains, double-click the All Documents node.
4. To open the document in the Cloudant Document editor, move to the document that you want to modify and click the Edit button.
   Tip: To quickly find the required document by its ID number, enter the ID in the Type document ID filter field and click Find.
5. In the Cloudant Document editor, modify the document.
6. To save the changes to the modified document, click Save.
7. To remove the document from the database, in the All Cloudant Documents editor, select the required document and click Remove.
