Using the command-line interface for workload management
You can use the command-line interface to perform functions related to workload management.
Anything that can be managed in the system is a resource object on the command-line interface. Therefore, use the command-line interface to manage different types of resources, for example, virtual patterns, virtual images, and classic virtual system instances.
A user without the Workload resources administration (Full permission) role cannot set or modify the Access granted to: field of console resources, such as virtual pattern resources and catalog resources by way of the command line. Instead, the user can use the console to modify the field, or another user with such permissions can modify the field.
