Netezza systems support

The IBM® Netezza® Performance Portal can monitor multiple Netezza systems simultaneously. Monitoring of the following IBM Netezza system models is supported.

IBM Netezza 100 and IBM Netezza 1000 systems running Netezza release 5.0.x, 6.0.x, or 7.0.x or later
IBM PureData™ System for Analytics N1001 systems running Netezza release 7.0.x or later
IBM PureData System for Analytics N2001 systems running Netezza release 7.0.2 or later
IBM Netezza High Capacity Appliance C1000 systems running Netezza release 6.1, or 7.0.x or later
NEC InfoFrame DWH Appliances running Netezza release 5.2.x, or 7.0.x or later
Legacy Netezza systems such as the 10000-series systems, 8000z-series systems, and 5000-series systems running release 4.6.x can be used with the portal; however, Release 4.6.x is no longer supported and many of the portal features could be disabled for those systems.

Note: Some of the portal features might not be supported when you monitor Netezza systems that run Netezza releases before 7.0. A message informs you when the monitored Netezza system does not support a portal feature.
