Using Search

The Search page enables you to find the entry (item, collaboration area, or digital asset) so that you can provide attribute values.

From the left pane, click Search and then any of the following as per your requirement.
Assets
Digital Asset Manager role
You can search a digital asset by either name or the format type. Select Include metadata while search to search a digital asset by using the associated metadata.
Products
Displays following tabs; New, Saved, Template, and List. For more information, see Products.
Transactions
GDS Supply Editor role
You can search a transaction by either message id, type, status, or through a specified date interval.
Enter details for any of the following fields, and click Search.
Message id
Specifies a unique identifier for the transaction message.
Type
Specifies the type of the transaction. A valid value can be, Add Item, Add Item Link, Item Unlink, Publish Initial Load, Publish New Item, or Synchronize Changes.
Status
Specifies the type of the transaction. A valid value can be, Registered, Registered - GS1, Registered Failed, or Submitted For Registration.
From date
Specify the from date for the transaction.
To date
Specify the to date for the transaction.

Assets and Transactions

The Search Results table displays the search results based on your specified criteria in a tabular format.

Assets

You can perform same functions on the searched digital asset as you do on the digital asset in the single-edit page. For more information, see Working with the DAM Persona.
