MDMCE-I-371, MDMCE-I-393: Multi-valued filter in the Collaboration area, Data explorer, and Search pages
The grids in the Collaboration area, Data explorer, and Search pages now support multiple pipe [|]-separated values. A filter can be applied on a single column with OR logic, or multiple columns by using AND logic. This enables you to have access to clear and concise data as per your requirement.
-
MDMCE-I-399: Customize the 'Entries per page' in the grid view
You can now customize the number of entries you can view on any application page. Through Settings → Personal settings→ Entries per page, you can specify 4 custom values that will be displayed across all grids in the application. This enables you to customize the application grids to display data as per your requirement.
-
MDMCE-I-425: Data completeness view by Attributes
Using the Completeness tab in the Single-edit page, you can now view Data completeness status across all channels at a glance. You can only see a localized graph for a channel. In the header of the page, you can see the Core data completion section, which has the total data completeness value in percentage (%), and lists the number of missing attributes. The Missing Attributes link opens a panel at the bottom part of the page that has a list of all the missing attributes. Click an attribute to directly open it in the single-edit page for easy editing. You can also export a list of all the missing attributes for an item across all channels as a Microsoft Excel workbook. You can export a completeness report (Microsoft Excel workbook) at the catalog level by using the IBM MDMPIM Completeness Report.
-
MDMCE-I-432: Audit History dashboard drill-down to History details
The Audit History dashboard now has a similar flow to the Audit History tab of the single-edit page. You can export Audit history details for a selected entry to a Microsoft™ Excel workbook. You can see the new value and old value items-wise for all items of the grid. You can filter data displayed in the grid, as well as drag column headers to create and organize the data through groups.
-
MDMCE-I-434: Preview for the WebP type of images
Now IBM Product Master application supports the preview of the WebP image format. You can now see the WebP image format whether as an image type attribute, a thumbnail image type attribute, or as a digital asset.
-
MDMCE-I-442: Provision to hide the display image and display image description on the single-edit page
On the single-edit page, you can now have an option to hide the display image and display the image description. Similarly, you can also now set the display image and display description by using image attributes. You have to enable this feature through Settings → Application settings→ Display image attributes.
-
MDMCE-I-451: Settings→ Application settings page enhancement
A new pop-up confirmation message is now displayed to confirm the application-level impact of any change you have made on the Application settings page.
-
MDMCE-I-452: Change the icon for the Lookup table attribute
More user-friendly icons have been introduced for the Lookup attribute, Relationship attribute, and Linked attributes.

Inclusive terminology
IBM has launched an initiative to identify and replace terminology that promotes racial and cultural bias. IBM Product Master aligns with IBM values in embracing the use of inclusive language by identifying and replacing racially and culturally biased terms in our product and documentation.
Also, while IBM values the use of inclusive language, terms that are outside of IBM's direct influence, for the sake of maintaining user understanding, are sometimes required. As other industry leaders join IBM in embracing the use of inclusive language, IBM will continue to update the documentation to reflect those changes.
To learn more about this initiative, read the Words Matter – Language in IT blog on ibm.com®®.
