Workflow Console

Use the Workflow Console to manage your workflows, which implement business processes for managing project information management (PIM) data in IBM® Product Master.

The Workflow Console displays individual workflows as rows in a table. To customize the columns that are included in the table, click Customize button in the upper right corner of the table to display the Properties section. Click directly on the column header to sort through that particular column.

You can create workflow instances that contain a series of steps, where the steps correspond to a specific business process, in the Workflow Console. You can then edit, integrate, set alerts, or delete these workflows to handle your overlying PIM processes. To create a new workflow, click New at the top of the Workflow Console. To edit a workflow, click the radio button next to the workflow in the Select column, then click Edit at the top of the Workflow Console. To delete a workflow, click the radio button next to the workflow in the Select column, then click Delete.

You can also view the details about the access control groups and collaboration areas that are associated with a workflow. To view the access control group details, click on the access control group name in the ACG column. To view the collaboration area, click on the collaboration area name in the Collaborations Areas column.
