Routing Console
Use the Routing Console to manage the distributions, which you use to notify individuals about changes to the system.
The Routing Console displays the
distributions as rows in a table. To customize the columns that are
included in the table, click 
in the upper right corner of the
table to display the Properties section. Click directly on the column
header to sort through that particular column. To search for specific
routings and display only those rows that match your search criteria,
click 
at the top of the table.
You can create, modify, and
delete distributions or distribution groups from the Routing
Console. To create a new distribution group, click New
Distribution Group at the top of the console. To create
a new distribution, click New Distribution at
the top of the console. To edit a distribution or a distribution group,
click 
in the Control column for the distribution
or distribution group. To delete a distribution or a distribution
group, click 
in the Control column for the distribution
or distribution group.
