Export Console

Use the Export Console to manage your exports, which you use to publish your product information to either internal or external customers.

The Export Console displays the exports as rows in a table. To customize the columns that are included in the table, click Customize button in the upper right corner of the table to display the Properties section. Click directly on the column header to sort through that particular column. To search for specific exports and display only those rows that match your search criteria, click Filter button at the top of the table.

You can create, run, and delete exports from the Export Console. To create a new export, click New at the top of the console. To run an export, select the export and click Run an Export at the top of the console. To delete an export, select an export and click Delete at the top of the console.

You can modify only certain aspects of an export, such as its destination spec, mapping, and hierarchy. To modify the destination spec of an export, click Mapping in the Mapping column for the export. To modify the destination spec of the export, click the spec name in the Destination Spec column for the export. To modify the hierarchy of the export, click the hierarchy name in the Hierarchy column for the export.

If you have started an export by clicking Run an Export, you can view the status of that export job by clicking Job Information in the Job Info column for the export.
