Product Master box does not see the target destination

I have never received this error before. Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it?

Symptoms

I cannot get the Product Master box to see my target destination.

Resolving the problem

  • Use a Linux® or UNIX HTTP browser, such as Lynx, and type in the Product Master URL to see whether the target is accessible.
  • If a browser is not available from the Product Master server, telnet to port 80 on the destination because port 80 is the default HTTP port on most web servers. For example, if the destination URL is http://myserver/urlname, type telnet myserver 80.
