Installing Python and machine learning modules

You can install Python and modules that are required for machine learning by using shell scripts that are packaged with Product Master.

Before you begin

Following are the supported versions.

Fix Pack 11
Python 3.11.6
Fix Pack 10
Python 3.11.4
Note: For Red Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® (RHEL) Server 7.9 and CentOS 7, you cannot update Python and MongoDB versions as they are not Operating system-compatible.

Procedure

  1. Go to the $TOP/mdmui/machinelearning/requirements folder.
  2. Select the appropriate system-specific requirements_<operating_system>.sh file.
  3. Run the following command to start installation of the Python and dependent modules. 
    sudo sh requirements_<operating_system>.sh
