Setting document store access privileges

You can set user privileges for users by setting an access control group (ACG) for each file in the document store.

Before you begin

Before you can set document store access privileges, you must determine the access privileges that you want to set for specific users. This includes the ability to create, view, delete, or have full control of a file in the document store.

Procedure

  1. Open the document store: Collaboration Manager > Document Store.
  2. Select the file name that you want to associate an ACG to.
  3. Click Document store access details next to the file name.
  4. In the Docstore Access Details window, select the ACG that you want to associate with the file:
    Option Description
    To select an ACG that exists: Select the ACG from the Access Control Group menu, then click Save.
    To create and associate a new ACG:
    1. Create the ACG, then click Back.
    2. Select the ACG you created from the Access Control Group menu, then click Save.
