Starting the system and all services

You can start IBM® Product Master and all services from the command-line.

Before you begin

Before you can start the system and all services, you must complete a successful installation.

Procedure

Run the start_local.sh script from the $TOP/bin/go/ directory to start the system and all services.

Syntax

start_local.sh

The average system startup time is approximately 30 - 40 seconds.

You can use the optional argument --rm_logs with this script. This argument deletes all the files under the logging directory. The default location of the logging directory is <install dir>/logs.
