Adding sellable items to the offer

An offer can include one or more sellable items from the Sellable Item Catalog. A sellable item is the product or service that underpins the offer.

1. Click the Items tab.
2. In the attribute Offered Item, click Add More.
3. In the Item field, click the Expanded View icon (which appears when you place the cursor in the entry field).
4. In the Item dialog window, ensure Sellable Item Catalog is selected for Catalog.
5. Select a sellable item from the Display list. Alternatively, you can use the search functions to search for the sellable item in the same dialog window. Click OK after the sellable item is selected.
6. In the Offer form, under Offered Item, update the Required field for the selected sellable item.
7. Save the offer by clicking Save.

What to do next

To confirm your changes, click on the Features tab, you should see the selected sellable item listed under Offered Item, along with the features associated with the sellable item from the Sellable Item Catalog.

For each of the features listed, you can update the Required field as appropriate for the offer. Click Save when done.
