Adding features to the offer
Additional features such as fees, rates, discounts or waivers can be added to the offer. Fees and Rates can be added in the Pricing tab, while Discounts and waivers can be added in the Promotions tab. Since the procedure for each is very similar, only the procedure to add Fees is described here.
Procedure
- Click the Pricing tab.
- To add Fees, click Add More on the grouping for Fees.
- In the Fee Feature field, click the Expanded View icon (which appears when you place the cursor in the entry field).
- In the Fee Feature dialog window, ensure Feature Catalog is selected for Catalog.
- Select a fee feature from the Display list. Alternatively, you can use the search functions to search for the feature in the same dialog window. Click OK after the feature is selected.
- Complete the fields related to the selected fee as appropriate.
For example, base fee, pricing, and tiers.
- Save the offer by clicking Save.
