Selection Console
Use the Selection Console to manage your selections, which you use to return a specific set of items or to export a group of items. You can create a static selection or a dynamic selection. You can add, update, or delete selections from the Selection Console.
The Selection Console displays the
selections as rows in a table. To customize the columns that are included
in the table, click 
in the upper right corner of the table to display
the Properties section. Click directly on the column header to sort
through that particular column. To search for specific selections
and display only those rows that match your search criteria, click 
at
the top of the table.
You can create either a static selection or a dynamic selection from the Selection Console. To create a static selection, click New Static Selection at the top of the Selection Console. To create a dynamic selection, click New Dynamic Selection on the toolbar.
To edit a selection, click 
next to the selection in
the Options column. To delete a selection,
click 
next to the selection in the Options column.
To
preview the items for a selection, click 
next to the selection in the Options column.
