Report Console

Use the Report Console to manage your reports. You can create, preview, run, and view status of scheduled reports from the Report Console.

The Report Console displays the reports as rows in a table. To customize the columns that are included in the table, click Customize button in the upper right corner of the table to display the Properties section. Click directly on the column header to sort through that particular column. To search for specific reports and display only those rows that match your search criteria, click Filter button at the top of the table.

To create a new report, click New at the top of the Report Console. To set values to report input parameters, click the report name.

You can verify the contents of a report before running the report by clicking the report type link for that report. To view results of the previous execution of the report, click Preview in the Action column for the report.

To run a report, click Run in the Action column for the report. To view the status of a scheduled report, click Schedule in the Action column for the report.

To delete a report, click Delete, which is in the first column of the row of the report.

To modify the location of the report, click Delivery location in the Delivery location column.
