Activity Log
Use the Activity Log to monitor the activities of users. You can enable logging user activities and send notifications to users from the Activity Log.
The Activity Log displays a list of
users as rows in a table. The users who are currently logged have
the 
icon. To modify logging and notification
activities, click the appropriate check boxes in the row of the user,
and then click Update.

and then click Update.Use the Notify Users panel to send notifications to users. You have the option of sending notifications to all the users or only to those users who are currently logged on.
An email address needs to
be specified for each of the users to be sent the email. An email
address needs to be in the form of
a@b.c, for example, jdoe@abc.def.com.
Otherwise, if there are one or more entries in the email address list,
the send email function available in the Activity Log screen will
not work. Note: If an entry on the email address list is of the form
a@b.c but
the email is not reachable, a delivery failure notification will be
sent to the email associates with the Product Master user
who performed the Send function.
