Generating and sharing a jProfiler profile task with the IBM Support

I have never received this error before. Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it?

Symptoms

You have rerun as much business logic that was removed as possible and a hotspot was identified.

Resolving the problem

Generate a jProfiler profile of the task and send it to IBM® Support. You need to bundle the specific profiler files and ensure to include only the exact files and the license agreements in the bundle.
  1. Modify the startup scripts so that it the server will start up with profiling turned on.
Note: We do not want profiling turned on during normal operation as that will slightly slow down the performance.
  2. Restart the server.
  3. Get the system ready to do the action to be profiled. Perform the following:
    1. For the Appserver, go to the user interface and be ready to click the button that starts the "slow" operation.
    2. For the Scheduler, get ready to start the import job.
    3. For the Workflow, get ready to start the workflow process.
  4. On the system status page, click Start Profiling.
  5. Start the action that you want to profile from the previous step 3. Click Save.
  6. When that action finishes, click Stop Profiling. The profile files are saved under $TOP/profiles.
  7. Rename the most recently created profile file to reflect the action being profiled.
  8. Send the profile file to IBM Support. See Contacting IBM Software Support.
